Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 17. (Received July 18, at 10.5 a.m.) The triennial conference of the Orange Grand Council is being held at Glasgow. Delegates are present from all parts of the world. Mr Weir, of New York, stated that there were 100,000 Orangemen in the United States, who would help financially and stand side by side with their fellowOrangemen in the United Kingdom in order to wipe out the Home Rule enemy.
