[Fhom Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, July 18. _ Tho Prime Minister, when a-sked by me if the Cabinet had considered further appointments to the Legislative Council, replied in the negative, but stated that a Bill for the reform of the Council would be introduced this session.
