The Minister of Internal Affairs has finally decided tho totalisator permits question for the coming season, commencing on August 1. As the number of days' racing at which totalisator permits may be used is limited by statute to 250, those will be allotted for" tho same days and the same clubs as held licenses this year, except that the Rangitikei Club will be allowed two days, one of which will bo taken from the Marton Club and or/i from the Canterbury Jockey Club.
