A few days since a station hand flatted Buckley, who bad been working near Tuapeka, threw his money and a bank deposit receipt into a tail-race, and declared he felt happier without them. It seems he fancied that., if any person found cut he had so large a sum, be would he robbed and murdered. Buckley has since been placed under arrest.
