PUB LIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Nomination of Candidates for election to ser-e as a Member of t'e Otago Harbor Board by the above recited persons will be declared on Friday, thelsfc December prox., in the Proviicial Council Hall, Water street, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon; and in the event of more than one candidate being nominated, the polling will take place within the nforesaid Hall on Fit'ay, the Bth day of December prox.
