ELECTION of a Member of tbe Otago Haihor Board by “registered owners of vessels in the Port of Otago of a registered tonnag> or aggregate registered tonnage of fifty tons.” PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Nomination of Candidates for election to ser ,r e as a Member of the Otago Harbor Board by the above recited persons will be declared on Friday, thelst I >ecember prox., in the Provi' cial Council Hall, Water street, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon ; and in the event of more than one candidate being nominated, the polling will take place within the aforesaid Hall on Eri 'ay, the Bth day of December prox.
