Mr Neilson is bringing them up. [Per Press Agency.] The Appeal Court. ■Wellington, November 27.—The case of Webb I'ei'siw the National Bank occupied the Appeal Court all to-day. Mr Macassey concluded Ids argument at mid-day, and was followed by Mr Mou it on the same side, who concluded at the rising of the Court. Judge Johnston expressed a hope that the case would finish to-morrow, but Messrs Travers and Steward have to speak for respondents, and Mr Macassey to reply for *he appellant. It will probably go over until next week, as the Divorce Court sits on Wednesday. November 28. — In Webb versus the National Bank, Messrs Macassey and Mouat have concluded their argument, and Mr Travers has been occupying the Court all day. Tae case is not likely to be concluded this week. The Salmon Ova. Invercaeoill, November 2,".—The curator of the Acclimatisation Society reports that the shipment of Californian ova transmitted hero has turned out a thorotrgh success. At least 20,000 ova have been hatched successfully. The young fish look remarkably well. LATEST AUSTRALIAN.
