THE WAIIIOLA REVIEW. The Under-Secretary for Defence, writing to Major stavely ftom WeUington, under date November 28, on the above subject, says :-«' The Hon. Native Minister has instructed me to say that he read your report with much pleasure, and desires me to convey to you, and through you to the Volunteer force, an expression of the satisfaction entertained by him of. the manner in which the arrangements for the review were carried out, and the zeal displayed by the officers, non commissioned officers, and men on that occasion."
