CITY OF DUNEDIN. THE rCity Council, acting as the Local Board of Health for Dunedin City, desire to direct the attention of the Pnblio to the following stringnnt provision*, of the Public Health Act, 1876: Section 28.—When a householder knows that|a person within the hou3e occupied by him is token aick of email pox, cholera, or any othsr highly infectious disease dangerous to the people, he Bhall immediately give notice thereof to the Local Board of the District in which he dwells.-rPenalty, LlO. .
