A CITY OF HEALTH.

Dr. B. W. Richardson's idea of a sanitary city which he called " Hygeia" is about to be put into practice. It will be remembered that in the autumn of last year this scheme of a city in which thei e should be the minimum rate of sickness and death attracted considerable attention. It will now be carried out under Dr. Richardson's auspices on the Sussex coast, where an eligible site has beer tecured. " Hygeia" will, of course, be built on the most approved sanitary principles, and will be entirely free from the bad drainage, insufficient water supply, &c, which are the great drawbacks to most watering-places. The idea is a good one.
