us that he has almost completed the laying of the rails to the Bound Hill tunnel. Some trifling works yet remain to be completed on that contract, and the laying of the permanent way through it will be commenced next week. The same gentleman says that if he obtains the contract for the completion of the line, and the Government will give him sufficient inducement, he will have the works finished by the 15th January, 1877.—' Times.'
