BULGARIAN ATROCITIES.
To the Mitor
Sir,—Who is Mr Dick? Is he a Spiritualist? At the meeting in the Council Chambers I observe he asked, in reply to Mr Rennie's remark "that Dr Stuart is in the interior," " When did Dr Stuart go into the interior? I saw him in the street a few hours ago." > The tone ef the question indicated such a peculiar kind of Christian charity, arid the additional statement to the question was made so intently in the cause of truth, that I desire to inform Mr Thomas Dick, through you, that Dr Stuart left Dunedin for a tour through the interior by the seven o'clock train for the south on Wednesday morning, the 15th ult. I not only saw his departure, but shook hands with him on the occasion. I recommend Mr Thomas Dick to take as the subject for his next sermon—- " Take the mote out of your own eye." I am, &c, _.•■'■ Stockwhip. Dunedin, November 18.
