I say ‘''No. 1 ” •-■Should ■ snob important' business bh tmdertaken in .<> absence ; of the &nd 'obe^^he Councillors f If this money is obtained; lit -.wiU.be from thosewho hayer the. limp’s share rwidencee.are in town .and in who?# £ ’ offices the majority of ratepayers believe onr > Municipal matters are otednoted. Onr past r :J . and our present actions are laughed at and r, i ridiculed by outsiders ; nor is this sutprising.
