FREEMASONRY.
The" * Freemason' of September 16 states that the Grand Lodge of England has recognised the Grand Orient of Egypt since July
From the 'Freemason's Chronicle' of September 9 we learn that " a bulle in official of the National Grand Orient of Egypt contains a decree of Grand Master Zola, announcing the definitive constitution of the Supreme Council of Egypt and its dependencies, conformable with the patents and constitution issued on the 13th December, 1871, by the Supreme Council of Palermo, and Bro. E. Scarrozze, who has foregone the rights granted to him in that document in favor of the Grand Orient of Egypt; and (2) on 31st December, 1875, by the Grand Orient of Spain. Bro. Beauregard is appointed Lieutenant Grand Commander." The same Grand Orient has just constituted a new Lodge in Manafalud, under the title of " Ibraimia," being No. 15 on the roll of lodges.
