I Public Notices. NOTICE. WHEREAS by Clause 10 of the Otago Harbor Board Act, 1876, it is provided that “ all persons who, during the year 1876, shall. have paid the- sum of ten pounds for harbor dues, or jetty dues, or other dues levied by the said Harbor Board, may in the month of December next elect one person to be a member of the said Harbor Board;” and whereas by Clan e 14 of the aforesaid Act it is provided the Secretary of the said Harbor Board sha'l, in the month of November next, prepare a list of all those who shall have, in the twelve preceding months, paid the sum of ten pounds and above that sum, for harbor or jetty dues'y and ,the sai-i secretary shall thereafter, in the month of November in each year, prep ire such a list, and such list, wh n prepar* d, shall be the voters’ list for the year for those who have pa'd dues to the amount of ten pounds and over I hereby give notice that I have made up a li-t of said p tyers o? dues, and posted a copy of the same at the oifics of the _ oar *, Provincial Buildings, where it may be inspected. And I further herebv givo notice that I will keep said list open till the 20fch day of November, for the consideration of ; any claims that may be made to be placed on said roll. JOHN L. GILLIES.
