NOUat. by Clause 10 of the Otago Harbor Boatd Aot, 1876, it is provided thai "all persaa* who, duringtheyear 1876, shall have paid the sum of ten pounds for harbor dues, or jetty dues, or other dues levied by the said Harbor Board, may in the month of December next elect one person to be a member of the said Harbor Board;" and whereas by Clause 14 of the aforesaid Act it is provided that "the Secretary of the said Harbor Board sha'l, in the month of > November next, prepare a list of all those who shall have, in the twelve preceding months, paid the sum of ten pounds, and above that Bum, for harbor or jetty dues; and the said secretary shall thereafter, in the month of November in each year, prepare such a list, and such list, whin propared, shajl be the voters' list for the year for those who have paid dues to the amount often Fmnds and over :" I hereby give notice that have made up a list of said payers of dues, and posted a copy of the same at the office of the oari, Provincial Buildings, where it may be inspected.
