Drunkenness. —Donald M'Donnell was fined 10s, with the usual alternative. ' Breach of the Peace.—William Brown and Andrew- Barmensfcon were charged with fitting in Beach street on Saturday, night. After hearing the evidence, his Worship nned each of them 10s, or, in default, forty? eight hours' imprisonment, with hard labor. Absent without.Leave.— Henry Adderton, seaman belonging to the barque Frederick Bassel was charged by Captain Best with being absent without leave.—Accused pleaded guilty,.and-was sentenced to four weeks'imprisonment, with hard labor. Assault. -Thomas Noires, seaman belonging to the ship James Nicol Fleming, was with assaulting John M'Pherson, chief officer of the same vessel.
