The Victorian Postmaster-General has had under consideration for some time past the desirability of entering into an arrangement with the United States Government, whereby the money-order system can be made available between the two countries. A communication has been forwarded to Washington, with the view of obtaining this result, and it is anticipated that the system may come into operation by the beginning of next year.
