IT 13 HEREBY NOTIFIED that at a first meeting of Creditors of the said George Stevenson Stewart, held at the Supreme C urt house, at Dunedin, on . Saturday, the twenty-eighth day of October, 1876, it was resolved that the affairs of the saiil George Stevenson Stewart should be liquidated under the said Act; and that George A. Findlay, of Dunedin, timber-merchant, and Charles M‘Queen, of Dunedin, iron-founder, have been appointed trustees of the . said Estate.
