Matheaon Bros. v. Andrew Haldane.— L 25 18s 3d, on a judgment summons. Mr Denniston appeared for plaintiffs, and asked for an immediate order. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount before the 16tb inst., or, in default, two days’ impnsonment. _ John Entwistle v. Henry Boxwell.—Claim LI 15s 3d, on a judgment summons. Defendant was ordered to settle the *l*s™ within a week, or, in default, fourteen days’ imprisonment.

Thos. Hutchinson v. Jos. Dickenson.— Claim L 8 6s. Defendant was ordered to pay 10s immediately, and the balance by monthly instalments ef 10s each* or, in default* four weeks’ imprisonment. . Matthew Dickson v. H. Houghton and Co.—This was an action brought by the master of the cutter Grace to recover L 7 17s . for freight. Mr Strode appeared for Mr Sinclair defended.—Judgment was reserved.
