IHIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE that I, the above named Henry Seeley Clarke, have this day filed with the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a statement under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that I am unable to pay my debts, and that I desire to have my affairs liquidated under the said Act. And I hereby summon a first meeting of my creditors to be held at the Supreme Courthouse, Dnnediu, on Thursday, the 26th instant, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, to consider the* propriety of having my affairs liquidated under the said Act. Until the appointment of a trustee, all persons" having in their possession any of my etf ects, must deliver them; and all debts due to me must be paid to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. Before the appointment of a trustee, creditors, to enable them to vote at a meeting, must forward their proofs of debt to the Registrar.
