RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Monday, October 23. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq., K.M.) Isaac Moorhouse v. William Clouch.— This was a fraud summons for L 3 Is 3d The defendant was ordered to pay the amount in weekly instalments of 108; in deiault, twenty-one days' imprisonment. Judgment went for the plaintiffs with costs in the following cases :—T. Moloney v William Roberts, goods supplied, L2 9a'• Alex. Fisher v. William M'Guyer, 15sDavid J. Stohr v. Harry Money, L 6 10a. ' Albert Barnes v. William Smith.—Claim, LB 2s, meat supplied. Mr A. Bathgate appeared for the defendant, who paid L2 lis lid into Court, Some evidence having been taken, judgment was given for the amount paid into Court without costs. Henry M'Oonnel v. Job Wain and Alex Smyth.—Claim of LIQQ, damages for alleged
breaoh of agreement in the supplyof timber in the North Harbor and Blue Skin district Mr Aldridge for plaintiff; Mr for del fendants. Several witnesses" having given evidence, the plaintiff was nonsuited.
