Tra.Asizj Casb.—His Worship., after reviewing the evidence in'tbis case, dismissed the charge of assault against the seaman, and inflicted a fine of 40s and costs, or fourteen days' imprisonment;, for the assault committed by the master. The charge of wilful disobedience preferred o gainst Ford was dismissed, but his Worship, considering that tre charge of disobedience of orders' preferred against him vras fully proved, sentenced him to fourteen days' imprisonment, with hatd labor.
