Monday, October. 16. (Before E. ff Ward, Esq., and C. Flexman, Esq., J.P.'s.)
Drunkenness.—Mary Ann Tuppin and John Oscroft were discharged; Ellen Mabony, James Mahon, and Francis Parker were fined 10s, in defanlt forty-eight hours' imprisonment; Heny Plummer 20s, or three days.
Disqrderly Conduct.—Thomas Murphy was charged with conducting himself in Maclaggan street last evening m a manner calculated to provoke a breach of the peace. Prisoner was further charged with breaking two panes of glass in the Albion' Hotel, Maclaggan street.—Mr Da vies complained tha"; he was particularly crucified. His hotel was next, to the Police Station, and when persons wanted to get into trouble they smashed his windows.—Prisoner for the first offence was fined 405,. in default seven days' imprisonment, and on the second charge he was ordered to make good the damage done (245), in default seven days' imprisonment.—Donald Glass was charged wite the same offences. For disorderly conduct, he was fined 10s,- in default fortyeight hours' imprisonment, and on the second charge he was ordered to pay the value of the windows, in default seven days' imprisonment.
