The prices realised ranged from L2O to L 25 per section, of about an eighth of an acre each—twentyOne sections being disposed of.

A portion of the William Turner's teas realised Is 9d; wheat 5a 6d. Adelaide*—Wheat, 5s 3d. Twelvel holders ask a penny more.
