THE DE MURSKA CONCERTS.

The last of the De Murska fa-ewell concerts was given last evening, and was for the benefit of Mdlle. The first part of the programme consisted of sacred music. Mdlle. De Murcia sang “ With Verdure (Mad” innd “On! Mighty Pens,” andjtook part with Mr Fred. Lewis in the duet, “Graceful Consort.” Mdllo’s. solos were beautifully sung; the duet did not go so well as we expected. Mr Lewis evidently could not foiget ho was singing with a great artist, and' the recollection prevented him doing justice to himself. We have heard his to much better advantage. Signori Eosnatiand Susini sang well, as they always do; but the former is not at home in sinking English, The pianoforte solo by Mr Hill was magnificently rendered, and received a well-merited encore, when the same selection from “Moses in Egypt" was repeated. The second part, comprising the “Last Eose of Summer” and “Within a Mile o’ Sweet Edinbro* Totm," and violin solo by Mr Hill was by far the more enjoyable. The violin performance of “ Auld Eobin Givy" will be a long lingering memory to those who were privileged to hear it. The “ Laughing Trio ” closed the programme, and was the farewell performance of three of the finest singers we are likely to hear for many a day.
