THE HARBOR BOARD.
To the Editor. Sib,—l notice in the ' Daily Times' of yesterday a letter having reference to the Harbor Board, signed " Civis Tertius"— then must be the third and very last •f |the three Tooley street Tailors ; and we »ay now conclude that, unless they commence writing over again, we have no more chance of getting information from this " party," who, knowing so much, only show the one aide of the question. I should very much Eke to hear what they have to say on the ether side. I could throw some light on. the auhjeot myself, but will do no more at present than sign myself one who does not etsnd in dead men's Shoes. Dunedin, September 28.
