_ Judgment was given by default for plaintiffs in the following cases Charles Moore v. Edward Henry Brewer, claim LIOO, balance of account due on two bills of exchange ; Miehael Meenan v. Thomas Main, LSI 13s Bd, for goods supplied; Duncan Campbell v. William Greenwood, LI 13s, work and labor done; Patrick Collins v. James Annesley, 10s, for work done. John Gollar v. Edward Eoundtree.— Claim L 4 9s 4d, on a judgment summons. The defendant was ordered to pay the amount in instalments of 10a per month, in default ten days’ imprisonment. [Left sitting.]
