They conidtt dt a letter from Mr Maok'rell to the Premier, dated London, 29th June, and a Mbsequent telegram, dated London, August jfci'VThb’ l letter from Mr Mackrell contains the result of ft conference between Mr Miokie, the Agent-General ef Victoria ; Sir 'William Power, representing New Zealand; Hr Foster, Agent-General for New South Wales ; Mi* Larnaoh, of the Bank of New South Wades ; Sir John Bose, on behalf of Canada; and Mr Hamilton, on behalf of
Queensland. The Bill adopted by the Imperial Government to give effect to the ar- • vangements made by Sir Julius Vogel when , in London, was considered, an<i Various snggestedr .embodied in a, letter to Lord .
