This match was played,-according to the Rugby rules, at Oamaru on Saturday afternoon, and resulted in a victory for the' visitors. -The latter left Dunedin by the Taiaroa on Friday evening, arriving in the roadstead at three next morning. Play Was: commenced at 1 p.m.,.andcontinued till five, when the score stood—One goal (kicked by Murray) and four touch downs to DunedinW against a single touch down to Oamaru.
