Maori arrived from Oamaru at 1 o'clock this morning, and etcamed nlongside the s.s. Hawea to discharge 1,137 ?ack3 of grain, irho loft Port Chalmers at !i.30 a.m. yester. day, but owing to the heavy sea at Kakanui she proceeded on to Oamaru, arriving there at 9 a.m.; took in and left at 7 p.m., ar.ivuig as above.
