Chkistchtjhch, August 21. The so-called Dr Turner, hydropathic lecturer, completed his sentence on Saturday, but wasre-.arreßted on a charge of steala coat belonging to a traveller named Cowell. He was remanded for eight days. The Press Club have decided to hold an inagural dinner within a fortnight.
