To the Editor. Bik, —Whatever lias become of our Inspector, Mr Niraoii ? It is only to.day that 1 have spoilt a bran now silk dress by' passing in front of butchers’ shops and rubbing against quai’ters of beef hung up on the pavement, I hope you will have a stop put to this nuisance as soon as possible.—l am, &q., Jane Anderson.
