Messrs M'Meckan, Blackwood, and Co.'s s.s. Albion for Sydi ey via Northern and West Coast ports sailed this afternoon. The schooner Marj Ellen for Oamaru, aud ketches Franklin Belle aud Hope for Waikouaiti, sailed this forenoon.
The p.s. Samson, with cargo and passengers from Oamaru arrived last evening and continued her course to Dunedin.
The brigantine Kata Brian for Auckland via Moeraki, and the Transit for Napier, sailed thi morning. The brig Pakeha, supposed from Hobart Town, and the barques Bobyeito and Transport, from Newcastle, arrived at the Heads thin forenoon. The ketch Alpha, iu ballasr, for Shag Point, and the schooners Bosanna Bose, for Half Moon Bay, and Owake, for Kakanui, sailed this morning. The Taiaroa, with cargo and passengcra from Timam, arrived early this morning, and steamed past the port 10 Dunedin. The ship Orpheus was removed from the railway pier yesterday afternoon, and anchored below the shipping.
