PURSUANT to the Trustee Relief Act, _ 1862, notice is hereby given that all Creditors, or any other per.-ons having any claims against the tstate of William Ferguson, late of the Molyneux, in the Province of Otago, settler, deceased, who died at the Molyneux aforesaid on the 25th day of December, 1875, and adroinia-ration of whose personal estate was granted to Edward Bowes Cargill, of Duned n aforesaid merchant, by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Dunedin, are hereby required to send in writing the particulars of their claims to the under-igned Edmund P el Kenyon, the solic tor of the raid Edward Bowes Cargill, at the office of the said Edmund Peel Kenyon, Eldon Chambers, Princes street, Dunedin aforesaid, on or before the fourth day of September, 1876. And notice is hereby also given, that at the expiration of the last-men-tioned day the said Edward Bowes argill »i!l proceed to distribute the assets of the said Will am Ferguson amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims, of which the sa d * dward f owes Cargill shall then have had notice.
