The Chief Surveyor was instructed to prepare a description of boundaries of land districts in confcnnity With, the new index map of tlie Province, in order what the same may be published. The Chairman was requested to see the Secretary for Goldfields in the matter of the Wakatip commonage.

The Board agreed to the advertising of deferred payment rents and fees unpaid for the sir months ending June 1876.
