Sidney, July 2fi. The steamer Queensland, from Foo Chow to Melbourne, with 1,400 packages of tea, has arrived here. She reports ten vessels loading for tire Colonies. The Clarence floods are subsiding. An affray between, blacks and black troopers is reported from Queensland. Several of the latter were wounded. The Budget shows that the revenue exceeds the estimates. The customs, excise, and territorial revenue showed an increase and a prosperous state of the Colony. Things were altogether satisfactory, notwithstanding that the estimated loss of a million on the decline hi wool would affect all classes. The necessity of a re-adjustment of taxation was admitted ; but to introduce it now would, it was considered, be a waste of time. The achnonor .Brilliant has h ei ., t wrecked off (Jape IJyroij. The fate of the crew is uncertain. Kingsborough’s non-appearance on the training ground for the past few days has affected his position as first favorite for the Metropolitan. The Albion has arrived at Melbourne.
