The schooner Jessie Niccol, with a full cargo of 50,000 ft of timber, from Kaipara, arrived last even* ing and continued her course to Dunedin. The b.b. Ino sailed last evening for tort Molyneux.

The barque James Hannell was towed down from Dunedin on Saturday evening by the b.b, Jane, and hauled into the Graving Dock this morning for an overhaul.

The barque Madelaine was berthed at the new pier on Saturday afternoon to discharge her cargo of railway plant.

The b.b. Wanganui sailed on Saturday evening for the Bluff. Messrs M'Meokan Blackwood, and Co.’s 8.6. Arawata, from Melbourne, via the Bluff, arrived alongside the railway pier at 7.20 a.m. yesterday. She left Melbourne at 2 p.m. on the 17th and arrived at the Bluff at 8.30 p.m. on the 21st. Discharged cargo, and left at 5 p.m. on the 22nd, arriving as above. We thank Mr Miller (purser) for reports and exchanges. The ketches Jessie, from Oamam, and Anne Duthie, from the Bluff, arrived yesterday. The Albion Company’s steamer Taiaroa returned from Timorn yesterday morning and steamed alongside the ship Wellington to discharge cargo. The Union Company’s steamer Taupo yeste day morning took her departure for Northern porta. Tbe schooner Transit, with a full cargo of timber from Wangapoa, sailed up the harbor yesterday forenoon. She left Wangapoa on the 3rd inst. Captain Hooper reports the schooner Atlantic loading at Wangapoa for this port. The Union Company’s steamer Taranaki, from Northern ports, arrived yesterday and steamed up to Dunedin. The Taranaki left the Mannkau at 4 p.m. on the 18th, called at Taranaki, Nelson, Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton, which latter port she left at 7 p.m. on the 22ud, arriving as above. We thank Mr Dougherty (purser) for report and Northern exchanges.

SHIPPING TELEQBAMS. Wellington, July 24,—The Alhambra sailed for Lyttelton and Dunedin this afternoon. Passengers: Messrs Swan, Anderson, Ward, Bowman, and Pefrie.
