ÜBLIC Notice is hereby given that the .Nomination of Candidates for Election to the offices of Councillors and auditors, as above, for Dunedin Citj, will be declared on Monday, the 24th day of July instant, at the Terrace of the Provincial Council Chambers, Water street, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon. Nominations, in form of Schedule D of the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinanoe, 1865," may bo lodged at the Town Clerk's Office, Manse street (where blank forms may be obtained), on or before Noon of the day herein fixed for the declaration. The Councillors retiring are— For South Ward.—Councillors Edmund Kdward Colston Quick, and John Tonkin Roberts. For High Wtrd.—Councillors Frederick Chapman and Barnard Isaac For Bell Ward.
