Neill J. B. M‘Gregor v. Robt. Goodiaon. Claim, L 44 9s 6d. Mr Geo. Cook for plaintiff; Mr G. B. Barton for defendant. Judgment for L 43 5s 6d. Brown, Ewing, and Co. v. Charles Nipier. —Claim, L 24 7s sd. Judgment for Ll2 7s fid.
Judgment was given for the amounts claimed in the following cases:—l. Dexter v. A. Baker, L 5 10s ; Albion Brewing Co. v. Berner Hoster, L2B ss; Jas. Wilson v, same, L 4 5; Edmond, Forsyth, and M‘Neil v. Louis F. Clapp, L2O 7s. Maurice Joel v. W. Watt.—Claim, Ll3 19s. This was a judgment summons. Judgment was given for the amount claimed, and, in default of payment within fourteen days, to receive twenty-one days’ imprisonment. Angus Robertson and R. Mockler made application for hawkers’ licenses, which were granted.
