Drunkenness. —Joseph Eennier, on remand, charged with being drunk, and disorderly, was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment, with hard labor. civil cask. ' Thomas Poynton v. W. Julier.—Claim, L 5 Bs, for trespass. Mr Strode appeared for the plaintiff; Mr Joyce for the defendant. [Left sitting.]
