Sir, —Talking about gas being bad, 1 found last night, at a quarter past 12 o’clock, all the lamps out, from Mr Haydon’s corner, Princes street. As far as I could see to the south not a single lamp was burning at that hour, This is worse than bad.—l am, &c,, Passing Observer. Dunedin, June 14.
