The coal is a very superior quality of brown coal, as It will get upateam quicker than Newcastle, though, it not so lasting; and for household purposes is unexceptionable, having no smell The mine is in the centre of a large agricultural district, and there is no other coal known within 10 miles on the one sid6 and 20 on the other. The mine is inexpensive to work, being simply drives into the face of the hill, with plenty of drainage and a good roof. The coal is a four to five feet seam, lying nearly flat. The land is rich agricultural land, and will make a nice little property.
