Judgment went by default in the following cases : - Sinclair, and Morton v. Gibson,; claim L 6 2s, for goods supplied; Same v. Crane, Ll 17s 6d, for goods suppliedßegg and Co. v. George Robinson, L42s, for hire of a piano. Andrew Simpson v. W. J. M. Larnach.— Claim for half cost of erecting’a boundary fence. Mr Denniston appeared for plaintiff, Mr A. Bathgate for defendant.—After evidence bad been given oh both sides his Worship reserved judgment. M'Kay v. Curie.—Claim L 8 7s, balance due for work done. Mr Joyce appeared for plaintiff; Mr A. Bathgate for defendant, who paid Ll 8s into Court, pnt in a set-off of L 3 12$ 6d, and pleaded not indebted as to the remainder. [Left sitting,]
