Baird, sea* man, waa charged with conductinghimself in a right-of-way off Walker street in a manner calculated.to provoke a breach of the peace.—Constable M‘Donald stated that he arrested prisoner shortly after midnight yet* terday for creating a disturbance bykioking at the door of a house in Maohin’s way.—Constable Cook rave corroborative evidence.—By prisoner: 1 never saw Constable M‘Donald strike you in the month,-r-Handy Kandy said that he went to the Devil’s Half-acre last night for the Erispner.
