Australia, under command of Captain Cargill, in charge of Captain Thomson, l»ft her mootings in Deborah Bay at high water at nine o’clock this morning, and proceeded outside the Heads. The weather was all that could be desired—a strong breeze was blowing from the B.W. The bend out the Balk on which she struck on Saturday was reached shortly after ten, and the work of swinging her was here accomplished without any impediment. The Australia proceeded outB?do the Heads, and here awaited the arrival of the Geelong with mails and passengers. Those few. excursionists who came, on board this morning were courteously treated by the offlceis of the ship, and desire to express their thanks to Captain Cargill and his officers. * 4 p.m. The Geelong is now alongside, and we are busy transhipping mails and passengers. One of the ship’s carpenters* named Blair, met with rather a nasty accident this afternoon. While carrying some boiling pitch he slipped down and severely burned his arms and face.
