The amount of revenue received at the' Customhouse on goods cleared for oonsumption this day was'9sß 6s 4d. , ; MrR. B. Martin this morning held in the Provincial Council Hall a sale of unreserved sections in the Government township of Dunoon, situated at Brood Bay, Peninsula, rhere was’ a large attendance buyers, and tho bidding waa brisk. The following ■ were the amounts realised, the upset price of each section being L2)Sections B and 4, L 35 each (Mr W. J. M. Laruach); sections 5 and 6. L 49 each (ditto); section 7, 1384 (Mr A. C. Strode); section 8. L 47 (Mr W. O', M. Larnach); sections 9 and 10, L6l each (Mr J; Mills); sections 23, 24, and 25, L4B each (Mr A. 0. Strode); section 21, Lf6 (Mr D. Proudfoot); section 22, L6l (ditto) j sections 18,19, and 20,L1360ach (Mrßun,hnry); section 17, ,LBO (Mr M. Fleming) ; section 16, L 137 (Mr D. Proudfoot); section 15, L 135 (Mr D. Proudfoot); section 14, LISO (Mr H. Tewelny) ; section 13, L 127 (ditto) j sections 11 and 12, L 137 each (Mr D. Proudfoot), The sections vary in size from about ouc-cighth of an acre to nearly ball an acre, and the total sum amounted to LI ,983. Tliree lots at Kensington were sold, at their upset prices, L22seach, Messrs M'Lean Bros, this afternoon offered for sale at thpir stores,: Princes street south, five pure bred and very valuable bulls, imported from England by Mr F. Rowe.. There was but a small attendance, and not a single bid for any of the bulls was elicited. ,„ y
