Drunkenness. George Williams was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment.

Bkeakisq Windows.— Julia Richards was charged with breaking a pane of glass of the value of 10s, the property of Sira Wilson.— Prisoner, w ho appeared in the dock with an infant in her arms, admitted having broken the window, but said she had not done so “ intentiously.”—The charge was proved, and she was ordered to repair the damage done.
