LABOR MARKET’, Mr John Skene reports that the labor market Is very quiet in most departments, only old seasoned laborers are wanted for the country. * Farmers have not much encouragement'to employ labor so ploughmen nr o feeling it too. Blacksmiths, engineers, bakers, carpenters, shoemnkeis, &c„ are far from brisk. Couples are seldom asked for at this season.
