THE ARTILLERY BELT.
The Dunedin Artillery fired on Saturday last at the'Anderson’s Bay Range for their Challenge Belt. The weather was fine, with a cold strong wind from the south, which prevented anything but moderate scoring. The conditions were seven shots at ranges of 300, 400, and 500 yards, class targets and any position. Twenty-four members competed, including a number of recruits, A 1133 whom took the greatest interest in the match. Lieut. Muir holds -the belt lor the ensuing six months.
